Josh: A core value of Augurian is honor teamwork, goodbye silos, hello, high fives.
What do we mean?
Colin: We’ve purposely kept Augurian very flat.
We want every team member here to feel that they have a voice.
We want really transparency between the different disciplines that we have here across organic search, paid media, and analytics.
Those high fives really come from our ability as a team to leverage one another to do great work for our clients. It’s something that we see not only physically when in new business, but also verbally when we’re giving kudos to one another in our Monday team meetings.
Really, we as an organization have internalized that removing of silos and allowing our employees to do the best work they possibly can.
