Josh Becerra: One of our core values is Live Honest. Our true selves are our best selves. What do we mean by that?
Colin Hirdman: We know that everyone does their best work when they feel like they can be their authentic self when they feel like they can be vulnerable; when they feel like the other people that they’re working with are also operating in that same frame of mind. Where they can be authentic and be their true self.
I feel like that’s a really core component is embracing diversity, embracing people as they are, allowing people to feel that level of comfort knowing that when they walk through those doors, they get to be who they are, that they get to be part of this wonderful team, and that they can express themselves in ways that really emanate from their core being.
Josh: Perfect. That’s our core value: Live Honest.
