Our Coordinator Program allows us to recruit talented young professionals and give them three-months of intensive training on “The Augurian Way” (our proprietary processes and best-practices). Once they graduate, they’re ready for primetime. This program has proven amazingly successful.

Cassie: I was working as a copywriter and then before that, I was studying journalism in Scotland.
Interviewer: What do you love about digital marketing?
Cassie: I love being able to work with all different kinds of media to connect people with the answers and solutions they need to improve their lives.
Interviewer: What do you like to do in your free time?
Cassie: In my free time, I love to cook and bake, discover music and play guitar, and discover parks around the Twin Cities when I’m not binge-watching TV.
Interviewer: Speaking of TV, if you could be on any game show, which would you choose?
Cassie: I’d say Supermarket Sweep.
Interviewer: Have you ever won a competition?
Cassie: When I was seven years old, I won a songwriting competition for my rap about fruits and vegetables.
Interviewer: What are your favorite fruits and vegetables?
Cassie: My favorite fruit is kiwi. My favorite vegetable, asparagus.
Interviewer: What are you going to be doing here at Augurian?
Cassie: I’m going to be working with both the paid and the organic team to coordinate content.

Madi: I started my career in finance.

Madi: I’m going to be your paid media coordinator.

Madi: I really like to binge watch TV and go to breweries.
Interviewer: What’s the most recent brewery you went to?
Madi: Bad weather.
Interviewer: What’s your favorite season?
Madi: Fall.

Madi: I would like to go to Wild hockey games with my family.
Interviewer: Who’s your biggest inspiration?
Madi: My mom.

Lydia: Well, I was doing freelance SEO for hotels around the world while I was traveling this winter.

Lydia: I really like Andalusia as well as Indonesia.

Lydia: The people and dogs.
