Josh: A core value of Augurian is Expect Respect. You give it, you get it. What do we mean by that?
Colin: At a foundational level, every employee is given respect from day one. We go over our core values, and we talk about expecting respect. That’s one of the things that I think really creates a foundation of trust. It allows us to be vulnerable with one another.
What we found talking to a lot of employees and a lot of us even just with our own personal experiences in that other agencies don’t always have that respect factor built into the way that they do their business.
What we wanted to do is be very upfront and have that as a core value, so everyone knows that that’s like just an expectation that is a minimum foundation on which we build personal relationships is having that respect.
Josh: Okay, so Expect Respect. You give it, you get it.
